Ski Rental Delivery in Vail

Drop-off

No need to add a stop on your travel itinerary when we make ski jacket and pant rental easy with delivery and pickup. 

We offer free delivery to Vail, Beaver Creek, Avon and Edwards, and anywhere within 15 road miles of the Vail Transportation Center. Outside of that, we offer delivery for a delivery fee: $50 for 15-20 road miles away from the Vail Transportation Center and $100 fee for 20-30 road miles away from the Vail Transportation Center.

• 0-15 Miles: Free
• 15-20 Miles: $50 
• 20-30 Miles: $100

We will reach out one to two days before your reservation to confirm the exact delivery location. We deliver to hotels, vacation rentals, family homes or wherever you are staying. 

When we confirm your delivery, we give options for delivery times. If you have selected priority delivery for your reservation, we contact you first and you will have priority when choosing your delivery time. Priority delivery is $25. 

Once all delivery details are confirmed, we will send them via text or email so no details are forgotten. 

We allow 10-15 minutes at the time of delivery for you to try on your apparel if you would like. We recommend that you try it on at this time.  If the items do not fit, we will make our best effort to find a substitution that works for you. If the items truly do not fit and we have no substitutions, the reservation for that one item is canceled at no charge, and your deposit will be refunded.

We deliver from 7 am to 7 pm outside of the Vail Village or Beaver Creek Village. We deliver from 4 pm to 9 pm within the Vail Village and the Beaver Creek Village. 

When we drop off the garments, we will give them to you packed in travel bags. These bags are lightweight and water resistant, and they pack into themselves. You can keep them in the pocket of the ski jacket or pants you are renting during your reservation, if you want to!

Pickup

At the end of your reservation, pack the items for pickup in the bags they were delivered in. During drop-off, we will create the pickup plan that includes the time, day, and location. 

You can get the items back to us in three different ways. 

1. Handing them to us in person.
2. Leaving them at the front desk of your lodging. 
3. Leaving them in a secure storage area that can be accessed by code (not key), so we can get the items. 

If the plan is to leave the items at a front desk or storage area, contact us once you drop off the items. Please let us know any information we might need to pick the items up, like the name they were dropped off under or the code to get into any secure storage area.

Once we get the message that the items are ready for pickup, our team picks them up as soon as they can. It is our responsibility to collect items within 24 hours of the items being placed in the agreed-upon storage area. Items left anywhere we cannot reach remain the renter's responsibility.
